CAD Design
RAP offer a full site survey of your new or existing premises followed by a scale CAD drawing of the building.
During the initial consultation we try to learn as much information from the client regarding the relationships of departments and the day to day use of the building for the present moment and consideration for the future plans of the business.

Our ‘ in house’ CAD designs are produced free of charge and remain the property of RAP. We are pleased to revisit CAD drawings and produce ‘new’ until our clients needs are met. Once the office space accommodates everything you need we can begin to provide quotes to meet your budget for your interior office refurbishment.
This is reflected in the CAD drawing by showing:
- Space planning utilising new or existing furniture
- General office layout from reception through to open plan office area Including boardrooms, breakout areas, print stations, conferencing facilities, Meeting rooms, private offices, comms room and tea points.
- Privacy relating sound retention of the divisional walls
- Glazing benefits, single glazed, double glazed and seamless polar.
All of which can be displayed in the drawing and will portray the corporate identity of your company.
This service is free and we endeavour to return the design with our quotation or alternatively produce a quotation once a design has been agreed.
