Design Build Manage
By partnering with 5 carefully selected Construction companies, RAP can wrap the package of design, build and management of your project from initial concept through to delivering a building, fully fitted out for you to start work in. Together our Project Managers will work alongside the chosen contractor to initiate a project management programme and ensure the entire requirement runs smoothly. We deal with everything, liaising with you along the way to accommodate any changes of plan that you demand and ensure the entire project in CDM, Health and Safety compliant.

We are also working with Project Specification designers and bid tender analysis companies who ensure we obtain 5 quotations so that you get best value for money. They write the specification and go out to tender for you then check every quote is 'like for like'. They obtain the planning requirements are adhered to.
