RAP's priority is for a safe build programme in accordance with the agreed time scale, taking into account all structural calculations. Risk Assessments and Method statements will be produced for all mezzanine floor installation
RAP provide a complete design and build service for mezzanine floors including initial survey, structural drawings and calculations, core samples, complying with Building Regulations and Fire Officer requirements.

Staircase Handrail
Our manufacturers - Gardner's - have created an innovative design concept for improving the safety of handrails on their mezzanine floors.
The new design is not only aesthetically pleasing but offers an uninterrupted handrail flow from staircase to landing to floor. With the floor handrails being joined at the corners by an attractive, hard wearing, injected moulded angle piece.
