02 Cafe Refurbishment

Through a tender process. RAP were awarded the contract for the refurbishment of the O2 Pavillion Cafe. Working with Space Consulting (Project Administrator) we are to move "Time Warner Group" From Canary Wharf to the newly refurbished office once complete.

The project comprises of removal of existing Cafe catering area, exhibition stands, lighting and flooring. Then the creation of conference room, glazed offices, breakout area and reception. In total 517 sqm of office accomodation for 66 staff. Was completed September 1st 2008.
