The second phase of an initial project completed by RAP on the 02 Arena site in Greenwich, for subsidiary company AEG Worldwide.

The office space presented to the client as open plan to be subdivided into spaces

Our clients needs were

  • an open plan area for 40 personnel with a feature wall
  • Coat Cupboard with two full  height double door sets in American Walnut doors and bronzed handles
  • Post Room with bespoke shelving system
  • Tea point / Break out area for staff with wood effect flooring, high gloss kitchen units with integral white goods
  • AV installation.

The offices situated around the perimeter of the floor

  • featuring four private offices and conference room along with two hot desk positions
  • polar glass and doors to full height.

The Board Room

  • a bespoke elliptical ceiling raft made of a stretched rubber membrane
  • with AV installation.

The Reception Area

  • ceramic tiled floor and wall along with bespoke American Walnut reception desk.

The entire project completed within programme to the client total satisfaction.
