The refurbishment of Rowan House lasted 10 weeks in total. It included the installation of partitions and suspended ceilings to 2 areas. The decoration of all surfaces and a new kitchen, glazed office fronts, blinds, air conditioning, lighting, work station tops, flooring to the reception, hallways, comms room, breakout area and we also installed car park posts as well as company signage.
We completed the refurbishment in an efficient and cost effective manner by understanding our client's needs from design through to build, everything was to the clients specification.
At RAP, we consider it very important to give advice and to understand our client’s needs prior to tender and provide ease of understanding throughout the duration of the refurbishment. We pride ourselves in health and safety and are very good with site management and problem solving. Because of this we find that our clients, Family Mosaic, are confident and trust RAP to deliver a top notch refurbishment time and time again. Family Mosaic were pleased that we kept within their budget whilst still delivering everything they wanted and they complimented us on the attitude and performance of all RAP operatives on site. They would happily use RAP again.
