Small Building Works

Although RAP are not building contractors we are happy to undertake small building works associated with office and commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects. As part of a project RAP have often undertaken the supply and fitting of new windows into existing or new openings, new doors and/or archways, replacement exterior cladding, exterior redecoration, entrance canopies and Aluminium shop fronts. RAP commissioned and project managed the complete installation involving building works for Air Conditioning plant sited in the car parking area for Swan Housing, Essex.

RAP take pride in being able to offer a complete turnkey office refurbishment and fit-out service, bringing in specialist companies to carry-out the more unusual requests, while retaining tight management of the refurbishment project.
